Mendli provides an online service through which homeowners can submit information about roofing work and potentially be introduced to a roofing professional.

Mendli is operated by Reiss Henderson, trading as Mendli.

Mendli facilitates roofing enquiries and introductions.

Mendli is not a roofing contractor and does not itself carry out roofing inspections, repairs, installations or other roofing work unless explicitly stated otherwise.

A roofing professional introduced through Mendli is responsible for discussing the proposed work with the homeowner and for any quotation, scope, price, timescale, contract and roofing work subsequently agreed between them.

When submitting an enquiry, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to upload only photographs or other material that you have the right to provide.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that a roofing professional will be available; that Mendli will be able to find a suitable roofing professional; that a roofing professional will accept the enquiry; that you will receive a quotation; or that any particular work will subsequently be undertaken.

Mendli may provide information from your enquiry to a roofing professional who appears potentially suitable based on factors such as location, work type and availability. The roofing professional may then contact you directly.

An introduction by Mendli does not itself create a roofing contract between Mendli and the homeowner.

Roofing professionals introduced through Mendli operate independently from Mendli unless expressly stated otherwise.

Homeowners should satisfy themselves that a roofing professional, proposed work, quotation and any relevant insurance, qualifications or other requirements are appropriate before agreeing to work.

Any quotation provided by a roofing professional is a matter between the homeowner and that roofing professional unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If the homeowner chooses to appoint a roofing professional, the agreement for the roofing work is between those parties. The roofing professional is responsible for the performance of work they agree to undertake.

We aim to keep information provided through Mendli accurate and useful, but website information should not be treated as professional roofing, structural, engineering, legal or other specialist advice.

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the Mendli service where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the website or enquiry service will always be available without interruption or error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Subject to those rights, Mendli is not responsible for the acts or omissions of an independent roofing professional or for losses arising solely from roofing work contracted directly between a homeowner and that professional.

Personal information submitted through Mendli is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Mendli service develops. The current version will be published on the website.
